In Rhode Island, call the 24-hour Helpline at 1-800-494-8100 for free confidential 24/7 support and advocacy for those impacted by crimes of violence. Any person who is in a crisis or someone looking to support or provide information to a person in crisis, is welcome to call the Helpline. They speak with medical and mental health providers, students, parents, advocates, or anyone looking to access information, support, or resources. They can refer you to any of the resources listed below, or you may call these organizations directly:
